Our Commitment to Accessibility
theNaru is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform.
Conformance Status
theNaru aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We regularly test our platform against these standards and work to resolve any issues identified.
Technical Specifications
theNaru is built with technologies that support accessibility:

- Keyboard navigation support (Tab, Enter, Space, Escape, Arrow keys)

Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- User-uploaded photos may not have descriptive alt text
- Some complex interactive components (date pickers, modals) may have limited screen reader support on older browsers
- PDF documents generated for QR codes may not be fully accessible
